This website may place Internet “cookies” on users’ hard drives. Internet cookies can save data about individual users, such as the user’s name, password, user-name, screen preferences, the pages of a website viewed by the user, and the information viewed or clicked by the user. When the user revisits this website it may recognize the user by the Internet cookie and customize the user’s experience accordingly. Users may decline Internet cookies by using the appropriate feature of their web client software, if available. However, declining to use cookies may impede the ability of this website to function properly.

  1. Also, on the contact screen (at the bottom, as a disclaimer), we think we should have something along these lines:  Please be aware that GFM cannot guarantee that your communication with the firm by means of this website will remain free from interception by third-parties.  GFM does not agree to represent you simply because you send GFM an email.  An attorney-client relationship is NOT created simply by sending GFM an email, and you should not send any sensitive, confidential or private information to GFM before such a relationship is created. If you choose to send GFM any sensitive, confidential or private information to GFM before such a relationship is created, you do so at your own risk and GFM shall not be liable for any of the consequences of your doing so. Please be advised that GFM cannot represent you until we can confirm that doing so will not create a conflict of interest.  For these reasons, please do not use GFM’s “contact form” to send any confidential or sensitive information to the firm.
