George Gesten McDonald (“GGM”) is proud of the work done by Elizabeth Parker, Chair of GGM’s Victims’ Rights practice group in representing the victim of clergy abuse in a case brought by the State of Florida against Father Jean Philippe.  Ms. Parker worked closely with law enforcement and the prosecutor to ensure that they had all of the evidence and information they needed to build the strongest case possible and to hold Father Jean Philippe accountable for his actions.

As the victim’s advocate, Ms. Parker worked tirelessly to protect her rights, keep her informed of the developments in the case, prepare her for depositions and trial testimony and support her throughout the criminal process.

If you are the victim of a crime and need an advocate to help you protect your rights, GGM is here for you.
